Refund Policy

Refunds are available if:

• Your item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

• You cancel your order within 7 days of delivery.

How will I get my refund?

• Credit card: Refund processed in up to 7 business days (may take up to 120 days depending on card issuer).

• Bank transfer: Issued within 10 business days.

Refunds are only sent to the same name used in the order.
